Bajigur

Bajigur is a typical beverage from West Java Indonesia. This drink is usually sold with the use of carts that include a stove because this is more tasty beverage when drunk in warm. Bajigur often drunk in the afternoon especially on a rainy day. Meals are often served with boiled bananas and bajigur is boiled peanuts.
Recipes

Recipes are usually used in making bajigur are as follows:
Ingredients

* 5 teaspoons of coffee.
Salt * ¼ teaspoon.
* 125 cc java sugar syrup.
* 750 cc coconut milk from coconut ½.
* 1 pack of vanilla.
* 150 grams of fruit Atep (fro), washed and thinly sliced lengthwise, boiled until cooked.

How to make

* Mix the coffee, salt, sugar Java and coconut milk, and stir well. And then cook this mixture while stirring, stirring until boiling over medium heat. Add vanilla.
* Enter Atep fruit slices that have been soft and ripe. Stir well. Remove and serve hot in a cup / glass with boiled bananas or boiled peanuts.
