fusili salad

MATERIALS:

100 g broccoli, cut into florets, steamed

100 grams of carrots, boiled, diced

100 gr pipil corn, boiled

50 gr fusili (spiral pasta), boiled

SAUCE:

1 small avocado fruits, take the meat, puree

1 teaspoon mustard

1 tbsp honey

Salt, sugar to taste

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tbsp tomato sauce

(Mix all sauce ingredients)

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Bring to a boil 2 cups water. Enter fusili pasta. Stir and cook 10 minutes until cooked. Lift. Drain.

2. Prepare a bowl. Fill it with broccoli, carrots, corn, peas, fusili. Pour the sauce.

Serve immediately

Serves 4
